Simple White Bread

Peter's recipe, adapted from the book "Bröd, bröd, bröd" by Martin Johansson.
Ingredients
- Dry yeast, 6 ml
- Cold water, 3.5 dl
- Flour (special), 7.5 dl
- Salt, 1.5 tsp
Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl
- Add water (save a little water to the end, to make it come together easier)
- Mix into a dough (no kneeding necessary)
- Let in a covered bowl overnight
- (Fold the dough a few times and let sit for 1 hour, optional)
- Fold the dough into a bread shape and let sit in a floured kitchen towel for 30-60 min
- Bake in the oven at 230 degrees for 35 minutes
