Makaronipudding (Macaroni Pudding)

Ingredients


  • Cooked macaroni
  • Leftovers of sausage/meat (preferably smoked)
  • Leek
  • Grated cheese
  • Eggs, 3
  • Milk, 4 dl
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
  2. Grease an ovenproof dish
  3. If the macaroni is hot, let them cool in the dish
  4. Cut the meat into small pieces
  5. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
  6. Pour the mixture into the greased mold and distribute evenly
  7. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes
