Kladdkaka (Mud Cake)

Emil's recipe.
Ingredients
Cake
- Butter, 225 g
- Eggs, 3 pcs
- Sugar, 4.5 dl
- Wheat flour, 3 dl
- Baking powder, 1.5 tsp
- Cocoa, 1.5 dl
- Vanilla sugar, 6 tsp
Glaze
- Cream, 3 dl
- Honey, 1.5 tbsp
- Sugar, 2.25 tbsp
- Dark chocolate, 150 g
- Butter, 3 tsp
Instructions
Cake
- Preheat the oven to 175°C
- Melt the butter
- Mix eggs and sugar in a bowl
- Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa, and vanilla sugar in another bowl
- Pour the dry ingredients into the egg batter and mix thoroughly
- Pour the batter into a greased and breaded pan
- Bake in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes
Glaze
- Mix cream, honey and sugar
- Boil together in a pot
- Break the chocolate into a bowl and add the butter
- Pour over the hot mixture and mix lightly with a hand blender
- Cool in the refrigerator
- When the icing has solidified slightly, spread the it over the cake
